Ryanair - Fly for Free!


Ryanair does not focus on price policy but instead a pricing structure that covers different items in its line. This pricing structure changes its products through their life cycles. Ryanair adjusts product price to reflect changes in costs and demand and to account for variations in buyers and market’s situation.

In summary, Ryanair's Strategy is to reduce the cost and improve efficiency.Because Ryanair Can offer a basic low cost reliable and dependable service which is in high demand. Please feel free to make comment on it.

    Now seems so simple! exclude all that is not important to the consumer, "no frills" as they usually say.

    We just want to travel! says the consumer! We don't need to eat, we can take our own baggage! We don't need many space! We want to travel, quickly and cheap!

    So a business model adjusted to short distances!

    So perhaps the reason this model doesn't function in long travel distances. In that case, we have to eat, we can't take our own baggage and we certainly need some extra space to take a nap.

    I might say thay«t all business models are sucessful if they are adjusted to the clients need.
